This calculation will include PAYE, UIF, SDL and any other deductions required. Additional deductions can be added before the final payslip is generated. The system can also generate IRP5 and UI19 remuneration reports.

Reports can be generated to quickly see the status of all assets. Customisable HR Templates are included which can be downloaded and edited to suit your company's HR policy and corporate details. Employee documents can be stored locally or online through the system.

The time and attendance register can be linked to access control devices, ensuring adequate control and recording of employee movements throughout their shift. Specific zones can also be controlled and monitored.

Not only does this dashboard display absent, late, on leave and on break employees, it also shows in what department and shift they are. The amount of time that an employee is late is also displayed. This screen can be opened on a secondary screen ensuring that it can constantly stay open.
